Debt management application & landing page

Responsibilities:

As a Product Designer, I contributed to a digital product which involved creating a landing page and management application supporting users in managing and repaying their financial obligations.

My responsibilities included translating business and user needs into intuitive digital experiences, defining information architecture and user flows, creating wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces, designing complex transactional journeys, building design system and collaborating closely with business and development teams.

I also used usability testing and user feedback to validate design decisions and improve the overall experience.
