Responsibilities:

At Fru.pl my main goal was to create an intuitive, efficient and enjoyable booking experience across different sections of their website, ultimately leading to higher user satisfaction and increased conversion rates for the airline ticket platform.

I was responsible for designing an entire User profile to make its management as intuitive as possible. This included: managing bookings, coupons and preferences (account settings, payment methods, travel buddies and privacy & security).

I was also involved in creating new landing pages with UX improvements to make the users decisions much easier and faster when it comes to booking flights.
